My Bio
David, originally from Vancouver, managed to attend 13 schools, not including college, during his upbringing. While a difficult proposition for a growing boy, David has benefited from those challenging times. Add in curly hair and a funny last name and, well, you do the math.
Studying for a degree in Civil Technology, which was to be followed by Civil Engineering, David’s fascination with metal-work took hold. So much in fact that he left school in favour of becoming a Sheet Metal Journeyman.
Now for something completely different, David was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in August of 1986. His main focus has been residential sales with a smattering of commercial and industrial properties for variety.
Simply moving is challenge enough for most people, never mind the selling experience. When you think about it, selling a home is a major undertaking, complete with all the essentials to unhinge the most confident individual.
This profession appears straight forward, that’s right up until you try it. Without doubt real estate sales is very demanding and creates forced personal growth beyond your wildest imaginations.
